Account Executives

PDS Company is seeking qualified candidates to fill the Account Executives position within our Lagos office. The primary responsibility for this position is to create proposal documentation for the sales team

Responsibilities: Provide feedback and questions regarding scope of work to the sales executives while keeping within the timeline of the project. Produce proposals for Requests for Proposals (RFP) and other generated leads. Responsible for compiling, formatting, proofing, editing and assembly of proposal documents Responsible for submission of documents when necessary. Responsible for communication with client regarding proposal when necessary Work with internal staff on creating documentation and presentations for various products and services

Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong grammatical and editorial skills. Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance. General interest in or knowledge of the web. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think conceptually. Strong ability to edit and create content for RFP Responses. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Creative, flexible, and innovative team player. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Bachelor Degree / HND preferably in English, Journalism, Communications, or similar.
